Xiaomi is likely to announce the price of the Xiaomi 13 Pro today at 12 PM IST. But Paras Guglani has already leaked information about how the model is set up and how much it costs in India. Guglani says that the Xiaomi 13 Pro will only come in one model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for Rs 79,999 (about $967). This price is likely to include deals from banks, and if these deals aren’t included, the phone may cost a little bit more.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro has some great features, like a 6.73-inch LTPO E6 AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1900 nits peak brightness. It also works with Dolby Vision and has protection from Corning Gorilla Glass Victus to make it last longer

The phone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and has up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It has a 50MP Sony IMX989 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera on the back. There is a 32MP camera on the front of the phone for selfies.
The device has a 4820mAh battery and can be charged quickly by wire up to 120W, wirelessly up to 50W, and backwards wirelessly up to 10W. It comes with MIUI 14, which is based on Android 13. The global model is certified to be water and dust resistant to IP68 standards, but it’s not clear if the Indian model will get the same certification because of possible ways to cut costs. Even so, the device should still be protected to the IP68 level.
