Jace’s story is just getting started. In the book Fire & Blood, George R.R. Martin says that Jacaerys Velaryon was a child on the TV show House of the Dragon. The show is about a made-up country called Draconia and its government, which is similar to feudalism in the Middle Ages. Soon, a whole family will be a part of the show’s plot.

Rhaenyra Targaryen is known to have two firstborn sons, both of whom are named Jacaerys Velaryon and Laenor Velaryon. In reality, though, neither of those is true. Ser Harwin Strong and Rhaenyra had a s*xual relationship, and they have three sons together. Also, Rhaenyra and her first husband, Lenor Velaryon, had their first child, Jace, who they named Jacaerys Velayron. This is said to be true in public, but it’s not true.
King Viserys wants his two sons to share a wet nurse so that breastfeeding will bring them closer together. He hopes that this will make them less angry and help them become closer as milk brothers. But this doesn’t work out the way he thought it would.
As is traditional, dragons’ eggs are all around Jace. Vermax grows up to be Jace’s enemy. He was the first dragon to hatch from one of Jace’s eggs. When Alicent and Viserys’s kids say that the Velaryon boys aren’t their real cousins, they start a fight.
The same thing happens when people fight about who should take over Corlys Velaryon’s job after he dies. When Alicent’s sons say that their cousins the Velaryons are not real, the argument quickly turns into a full-blown fight.
Relationship between Jacaerys and Baela
The daughter of Daemon Targaryen and Laena Velaryon, Baela Targaryen, is engaged to be married to 4-year-old Jace. Since they’re both still pretty young, they probably won’t get married for a long time. But when Jace is 14, a civil war called the Dance of Dragons begins. He is then put in charge of gathering support for his mother’s cause as an envoy and heir.
Lord of Winter and head of the Stark family, Jace Stark of Winterfell goes to Lord Cregan Stark, Sara Snow’s half-brother and Lord Cregan’s illegitimate half-sister, for help. People think that Jace married her in secret, but other sources dispute this rumor or say that Jace married Sara in public before marrying Baela Stark in secret. No matter if Jace and Baela are married or not, it is thought that he puts off getting married because of the war.
What Did Jacaerys Do?
Even if it puts his middle brother Lucerys in danger, Jace tries to keep his other family members safe from the Dance of Dragons. Jace sneaks his younger half-brothers Aegon and Viserys to safety in Pentos so they don’t get caught in the crossfire. But Triarchy forces capture one of their ships, and Viserys gets away with his dragon. During the battle that follows, Jace and Vermax lead a charge of cavalry against the Triarchy navy.
After Jace crashes his airship into a ship, the Vermax army seems like it will win. But Jace gets hurt and falls into another vessel. When this happens, he lands in another boat, where a crossbow bolt kills him. Rhaenyra’s forces lose momentum in the war because of this unexpected loss. But it’s clear that Jace was right to act quickly to save his younger brothers, as both Aegon and Viserys become kings after the war.
