Black Adam, starring Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson(The Rock), will open in Indian theaters on October 20, a day before it opens everywhere else. Warner Bros India shared the news on social media on Thursday, saying that the movie will come out in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on October 20, instead of October 21.

Black Adam is a spin-off from the movie Shazam!, which was made by Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema and starred Zachary Levi. In the 1940s, the character first showed up in DC Comics as a bad guy who had been corrupted by power. In the early 2000s, he became an anti-hero.
Aldis Hodge plays Hawkman, Noah Centineo plays Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell plays Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan plays Dr. Fate. The movie is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who also directed Jungle Cruise. Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani wrote the script for the movie.

Stone Bench Films’ Kalyan Subramanian and Kaarthekeyen Santhanam and well-known filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj are in charge of the movie’s story.
Subbaraj said that Ammu is not just a thriller about revenge. “The movie is full of drama and real-life surprises that will keep people on the edge of their seats. Some of the best artists in the business, like Aishwarya, Naveen, and Simha, do a great job with it,” he said.
