TMZ said that Takeoff, the youngest member of the rap group Migos, was shot and killed at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas, early on Tuesday morning. Police in Houston said that one person was killed at 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston, but they didn’t say who died right away.
The 28-year-old victim’s name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, and TMZ said that he is a member of the hip-hop group Takeoff. They also said that sources in law enforcement told them the victim was dead.
TMZ said that Quavo, a member of the group Migos, knelt over Takeoff’s dead body at 2:30 am while they were playing dice. A fight broke out between the two groups, and Takeoff was shot close to the head.
Two more people were shot at the scene and taken to a private hospital. Experts have confirmed that two more people who were shot to death have died.
No information has been given about who they are or how they are doing. TMZ said that Quavo was not hurt when the shooting happened.
Migos is a rap group from the suburbs of Atlanta. Takeoff is the youngest member of the group. The group’s first big hit was “Versace,” which came out in 2013. Drake remixed this song, which helped it become more well-known.

The Migos had four songs that were No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, but Takeoff wasn’t on Lil Uzi Vert’s “Bad and Boujee,” which was No. 1 for several weeks. Instead, the remix of that song included his solo track “Motorsport.” Culture, Culture II, and Culture III are the three albums they put out as a group.
The first two albums were at the top of the Billboard 200 chart, and they also won an ASCAP Vanguard Award in 2018. In addition to having hit songs, songs like “Walk It Talk It,” “Stir Fry,” and “Motorsport” earned them platinum streaming awards.
In one episode of the popular TV show Atlanta, a made-up version of the group played a part. But the three of them were not together at the time.
Migos and Offset came out with a joint album in January 2019. After working together on Only Built for Infinity Links, Quavo and Takeoff each put out their own album the same month.
