Hello everyone. I’m setting up a gift account for Kennah Orr Gervais to help pay for the costs she’ll have as she moves forward with her treatment plan and beats cervical cancer for the second time.
In April 2020, when Kenner was 27 years old, she was told that she had cervical cancer. Kennah was her daughter, her mother, her sister, her husband, and her people’s best friend. Kennah had to go through many surgeries and rounds of treatment and radiation, but this time, the only way to get rid of her cancer was through an invasive surgery that would change her life.
If you know Kennah, you know that she is strong and the best mum and light in Kylar’s life. We were all shocked by how strong she was and how she didn’t take any BS while she kept fighting for her life.
Kennah played softball for most of her life before she got this horrible disease, so you can tell she has a competitive spirit and kicks cancer where it hurts. Kennah was an assistant softball coach at Webber International for 3 years. She went to FIU and played softball there. Kennah loves softball, and we’re all committed to getting her back on the beach to coach and coach the girls, because that’s what she was born to do!
Kenner had to go through a very rare treatment, which was a shame. So, Kennah will probably go to New York for surgery and recovery, but no one knows how long that will take. Having said that, her family is planning for her living expenses there, airfare for her and Kylar’s trip, food, medical expenses, and day-to-day costs when she gets back home.
Kennah isn’t too worried because she processes the cards that are sent to her every day and sees her as a real survivor of this terrible sickness. This time, we’re really trying to raise as much money as we can to help her pay for the above costs so she can keep focusing on her care and getting better until she is CANCER FREE!
Kennah is grateful for any amount that is given. If you can’t give money, please share your story and this link so we can get the word out to as many people as possible.
We also want you to pray for your doctors, your family, and your friends, Kenna. Add them to any rosary, prayer group, church, etc.We really, really appreciate it. We may not know why God picked Kenna to do this, but we’re not sure if he’ll stand by her and give her the strength she needs to keep going.
Thanks ahead of time to everyone who has read this far. As Kennah’s trip goes on, we will keep this page as up-to-date as possible.
