Huawei Pocket S is getting ready for its formal launch in China today. According to various rumours, the Huawei Pocket S will be a “Lite” version of the Snapdragon 888 4G-powered Huawei P50 Pocket that was introduced in December of the previous year.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and 8+ Gen 1 chipsets provide the power for the flip phones sold in the Chinese market by Samsung and Motorola, respectively. These phones are known as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Motorola Razr 22.
The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chip will be included in the OPPO Find N Flip, which is scheduled to become available in the month of December of this year. For more updates newsyorbit.com
In contrast to what other manufacturers have done, Huawei has chosen to introduce the Pocket S as a mid-range smartphone rather than a clamshell model with flagship-level specifications.
