Final Fantasy 14’s global community producer Toshio “Foxclon” Murouchi and game director and producer Naoki “Yoshi-P” Yoshida discussed what players may anticipate in Patch 6.3, dubbed “Gods Revel, Lands Tremble,” on the previous episode of Letter from the Producer Live. Patch 6.3 appears to be a big update to alleviate the current content shortage in the game with new main story material, including a new dungeon and trial, a new 24-player alliance raid, and job balancing modifications that include significant changes for paladins. A unique website for Patch 6.3 was made public on December 15 by Final Fantasy 14. New information and new pictures about what players can anticipate soon were uploaded to the dedicated website. The enigmatic Zero was first revealed to players in Patch 6.2, “Buried Memory,” a voidsent inhabitant of the Thirteenth Shard that they investigated as part of the main plot quests.
Final Fantasy 14 Discloses New Information
Zero eventually joined the Warrior of Light and their allies in the Source world after making some deals and engaging in some combat. When the update launches, players will explore more of Garlemald’s past and battle a marionette with a scythe in the new dungeon Lapis Manalis. The key art for the patch and the nameless marionette were two of the new images displayed on the particular website.
The Warrior of Light and Zero, who were both wearing paladin and reaper armor, were depicted in the key image as they gazed, respectively, into the distance and directly at the fourth wall.

Early January 2023 will see the release of Final Fantasy 14 Patch 6.3, with a specific date most likely to be revealed at the future Live Letter show. The webcast will go into further depth regarding the upcoming gameplay changes for paladins and is set for Friday, December 23, at 3 AM PST. Additional information on the Euphrosyne alliance raid, which prompted comparisons to Windows XP after the previous Live Letter, will probably be included in the broadcast.
Players will have enough of content to keep them occupied till then, though. There is a lot to accomplish and plan for in the world of Final Fantasy 14 between the Starlight Celebration’s return and the ongoing Moogle Treasure Trove event.
