The most recent piece of news is that the company has launched the ColorOS 13 closed beta programme in China for the older OPPO Find X2 range of smartphones.
According to the announcement post, OPPO is looking for people in China who are willing to test beta copies of ColorOS 13 and help the firm improve the software that is installed on the Find X2 and the Find X2 Pro (via ITHome).
The testers will be needed to maintain consistent communication with the brand in order to report any difficulties and offer any ideas they may have.
Users of the two limited edition smartphones included in the series—the Find X2 League of Legends S10 Limited Edition and the Find X2 Pro Lamborghini Edition—will also have the opportunity to submit an application for participation in the series’ closed beta test.
Following the completion of the recruiting period on October 22 at noon, OPPO will begin conducting the review of the applications in batches within five business days, and after the review, the firmware will be made available within three business days.

It is important to note that the beta version of ColorOS 13 is rumoured to feature a number of known bugs that may have a substantial impact on your day-to-day operations. In addition, a large number of widely used applications developed by third parties are not compatible with the programme.
